Summer's Birthday
We had a lovely day on Summer's birthday. Her only requests were pink ice cream, watermelon, and a trip to Farm Country and Thanksgiving Point.
We started the day out with a few presents from us (which she got very excited about) and she spent all morning playing with her new toys. After her nap (and after I took my sister to the airport), we took a trip to farm country. There she enjoyed the wagon ride, pony ride, and feeding the goats and lamas.
Nisha stopped by for dinner that evening. We had quesadillas, watermelon, and smoothies and then we topped the meal off with some cake and pink ice cream. Her cake was a colorful one, and was quite fun to make. We finished up the evening with a few more gifts. Before bed, Summer informed me that she had a great birthday and she was ready to celebrate Ellen's next.
