Phone Picture Overload
Smart phones are pretty handy things-I've quite enjoyed having mine. In fact, the calendar and notepad on my phone have become crucial parts of my life. So, if I don't have my phone, I don't have my calendar, I don't have any notes, and it means I won't show up to anything and I won't get anything done. Needless to say, my phone has become an integral aspect of keeping our family running. Since I have my phone with me most of the time, it also means I have a camera most of the time, so I take lots of pictures. I also only upload those pictures onto my computer when the storage space on my phone is low. This week was one of those times (and the first time in a very long time), so now I am posting a ridiculous amount of pictures with brief captions.
Trying to get whip cream out of the empty can.
Visiting Daddy at work (when he used to go to work-now he works from home, which we love!). She liked being carried by her overalls.
A rare moment-and a sick baby.
Going for a walk. Rocks are pretty exciting.
Another rare moment.
She discovered the fun of wearing gloves and hats when inside.
A bow is a necessary accessory to have before eating breakfast. This was a short lived phase. Once again, the bows don't stay in.
Going on a walk.
Happy Birthday Nisha!
Happy Birthday to Sarah, Janae, Tyler, Daniel, and Caleb. We have lots of March birthdays in our family.
Summers new table.
Summer learned how to climb on the table. Since this picture, she's learned to climb on a lot more than just the table. Nothing is totally safe at our house anymore, although, she is really good about not getting on top most of the time. She also learned how to open the fridge just this week. Pretty sure my life will never be the same.
We thought we had an animal in the attic. Turns out they were actually birds in an old laundry vent. They lived there for several months, made lots of noise, and had babies. I haven't heard them in a while, so I assume they have moved out.
Visiting the bunnies and chicks at the IFA store.
Watching the rain.
Cheesy smile.
Beauty Queen. This was a requested outfit-shoes and bow.
Playing with play dough is fun to do.
Summer likes crepes!
Reading stories with Daddy.
We found the best Gelato ever in Park City. We got the little baby shovel-spoons to eat it with and Summer decided it was a great time to learn to use a spoon. She did a pretty good job of using it too.
Summer is a big girl and has been able to go down the slide by herself for a while now.
We finished our 3000 piece puzzle. It took us about 3 months. And by us, I mean me-with some occasional help from Anders.
Nutella is delicious! Thanks Nisha!
Using a spoon for yogurt is fun and hard to do.
The cute dress from Grandma-thanks Mom!
Side walk chalk paint.
The bookshelves Anders made and I painted. They have been so nice to have.
Helping to plant the garden. Only one plant was majorly harmed during this planting and I proud to report that it is still alive and thriving (well, not really thriving....but alive)!
Cool in her sunglasses. She will wear these without taking them off at all while we are on walks. I guess she has realized they really are nice to have.
Miniature golfing. What a weird concept when you're one.
Trip to the cabin-throwing rocks in the lake.
We went to see the four baby horses in my brothers back yard. They were pretty cute and this one came up to give us some love.
Summer like the library.
Isaac and Dylan's bridal shower.
The true nature of Isaac and Dylan's relationship.
Licking the beaters is a new favorite.
Licking the counter after licking the beaters can also be effective.
Cheesy smile!
Fish face.
We just moved my Grandmother up closer to us. She and Summer had a great afternoon together.
Being silly.
Watching the sparklers. I didn't take a single picture on the 4th and we did this a couple of days later.
If you look carefully (or not so carefully), you'll notice that almost every photo is one of Summer and that I appear in none of them. I guess that's what happens when you only have one child and you're the one taking pictures. Oh well, I think she's pretty cute so, her face can fill our blog.
First time sledding (see, it's been a while since I uploaded phone pictures). She looked like a marshmallow and wasn't too sure about the actual sledding.
