5 Months

Summer is 5 months today! I can't believe we have had her as part of our family that long-she is our little ray of sunshine. She is a happy and very patient baby. She is content to play on the floor or sit in her chair while I work on other things. She has figured out how to roll from her back to her stomach very quickly (Jan 3 is the day it clicked for her). As soon as we put her down, she'll roll right over. However, she isn't very good at going from her stomach to her back, so we have to help her with that. She has also started grabbing things a lot more and putting them strait into her mouth. Her fingers have become her favorite, especially her thumb. This week I noticed that it is all chapped from so much sucking. Summer has also discovered her feet this month. She can sometimes get her socks off and she enjoys playing with her feet and occasionally sucking on them.
