We found a house!

As many of you know, and as many of you don't know, we have been looking for a house for a few months now. Most of what we have been looking at have been foreclosures and short sales, so with that comes a lot of waiting and luck of the draw. After putting in several offers, we finally had one accepted. The inspector came today and everything looks pretty good, so it looks like we are buying a house! I am really excited for it. It will be fun to have a yard, a kitchen with space to work, and a house that I can decorate like I would like. (I discovered that it is only about 10 minutes from Ikea...I don't think Anders' was as excited about that as I am). The house is in Lehi, is just over 2000 sq feet, has five bedrooms, and has four levels on a split level floor plan (so there are three half flights of stairs). It is a foreclosure, but in great shape. We are not sure when we can move in-we're still working on that. Here are some pictures!
